How do I purchase items from shop?
Please go to HiThere Shop and choose your game, then the pages will lead you to purchase sections.
What is the HiThere Points?
HiThere Points are the currency for all HiThere games (Except Empire Craft). But it’s only available in Mobile Payment at the moment. If you want to purchase game packages with HiThere Points, you need to exchange HiThere Points for game specific coins. The exchange rate is 1:1.

How do I contact Customer Support?
For any questions regarding game related issues refer all questions to the email given on the specific game’s website. (ex: WarFlow customer support is at wf_service@hithere.com). For all issues regarding payment issues, questions should be directed to cs@hithere.com.
How to exchange HiThere Points?
The only time that a user will need to exchange HiThere Points into game points is if they pay for the HiThere Points with a mobile device. Mobile transactions have different rates based on what country the user is located and therefore every conversion rate is different between different countries. For all other transactions the conversion is not necessary, because the credit is converted to game points right away.
Can I exchange game specific coins back into HiThere Points or exchange specific points for one game into specific points for another game?
The points that are purchased for one game cannot be transferred to another game or converted back into HiThere Points. They must remain within the game that they originally were bought for.
How can an account get blacklisted?
Anybody who receives a refund from their bank or through any other way will have all their accounts blacklisted.
How do I remove myself from the blacklist?
In order to be taken off the blacklist, one must repay all amounts that they had refunded.
How do I keep my account from being blacklisted?
Due to previous scams and fraud, no refunds may be given out and any type of account that requests for a refund will be blacklisted.
